How we actually shop Prime Day

We don’t buy things on Prime Day just because they’re on sale. We keep a short list of things we’ve already vetted and would buy at full price — then watch to see if they drop. Usually a handful do.

The six picks above are things that live in our house, get used weekly, and hold up. The wireless meat thermometer is Matt’s most-used grill tool. The stackable bins are in three rooms. The night light is literally in four spots in our house. If any of them hit 20–30% off during Prime Day, that’s the move.
