What we collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to read this site. If you contact us via email, we retain that email to respond to your inquiry.

Our site may use standard analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — things like which pages are visited, where traffic comes from, and how long people spend reading. This data is anonymous and not linked to any individual user.

Chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant on this site, what you type is stored, along with the page you were on and your browser type, so it can answer you and so we can improve it. The assistant is Anchor Chat, provided by Anchor Co AI (anchorcoai.com), and it uses AI services to write its replies. If you share your name, email, or phone number in chat, we may use it to follow up with you. We keep chat conversations only as long as we need them to run and improve the assistant, and we’ll delete yours on request. The assistant loads from anchorcoai.com on every page, so that service receives the standard information your browser sends with any web request (such as your IP address and browser type) even if you never open the chat; it does not set cookies. Please don’t share sensitive information in chat.

Affiliate links and Amazon

When you click an affiliate link on this site and visit Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy policy and data practices apply. Amazon may set cookies and collect data as described in their privacy policy at amazon.com/privacy. We do not receive any of your Amazon account information.
